Joining is easy. Pick up an application at Walleye Guest Services or download and fill out the Spike's Tikes membership application. Mail it to the Walleye at 406 Washington St., Toledo, OH 43604 or bring it to the Walleye Ticket Office or either Swamp Shop location.
