Pearce Stellar in Net; Walleye Win Third Straight, 2-1, Over Jackals!

12/13/2009 - Toledo, Ohio – On Sunday, the Toledo Walleye beat the Elmira Jackals, 2-1 (in a shoot-out), for their third straight win. RW Bryan Ewing’s second period power-play goal had the Walleye on top until late in the game. Toledo goaltender Jordan Pearce was named First Star of the game with 34 saves, and was not scored on in the shootout.
