Winterfest Open Skate

You can skate on the Marathon Outdoor Rink at Fifth Third Field during Winterfest 2021, presented by ProMedica! Open Skate sessions will be available throughout the Winterfest event. During the last Winterfest event in 2014-15, our Open Skate sessions were VERY popular -- over 10,000 skaters participated and many of the time slots sold out!

TICKETS

Winterfest Open Skate sessions are on sale now. Reserve in advance to guarantee your reservation to skate on the Marathon Rink at Winterfest. Walk up tickets will be available based upon availability on the dates of the public Open Skates (below), however, all presold reservations will have first priority to the rental skates and access to the rink.

Open Skate tickets are $15 each (includes skate rental) or $10 if you bring your own skates. Only 150 spots are available per session!

Session times will be the same each day:

  • Session #1: 10 - 11 a.m.
  • Session #2: 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
  • Session #3: 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
  • Session #4: 1:45 - 2:45 p.m.
  • Session #5: 3 - 4 p.m.
  • Session #6: 4:15 - 5:15 p.m.
  • Session #7: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Session #8: 6:45 - 7:45 p.m.
  • Session #9: 8 - 9 p.m.
  • Session #10: 9:15 - 10:15 p.m.
