Little Walleye Learn to Skate

Little Walleye Learn to Skate introduces new individuals to the basics of skating in a structured and supportive manner taught by certified skating professionals. This program is open to kids ages 3-9. Please note that skates will not be provided.

Little Walleye Learn to Skate is SOLD OUT for the 2025-26 season.

Little Walleye Learn to Play

Little Walleye Learn to Play is designed for players who have mastered basic skating skills and are ready to build on those fundamentals to enhance their hockey abilities. This program is open for kids ages 5-9. Please note that skates will not be provided.

Registration is $200 and includes:

  • Six ice sessions (3 hours of ice total)
  • New hockey helmet with Walleye decal
  • Little Walleye Learn to Skate jersey
  • Stick 
  • Two 2025-26 Walleye ticket vouchers 

Little Walleye Learn to Figure Skate

Our Learn to Synchro Camp is designed for beginners of all ages who are eager to start their figure skating journey. This camp provides a supportive and fun environment to develop your synchronized skating skills with some new teammates! All campers will have 3 hours of on-ice instruction from Adrian College Figure Skating, then perform at a Toledo Walleye game. This camp will be open to those ages 9-15.

Registration is $50 and includes:

  • Three hours of collegiate on-ice instruction at the Huntington Center
  • On-ice performance at the Sunday, March 22 Walleye game

Walleye Winter Hockey Clinics

The Toledo Walleye are teaming up with the YMCA and Boys & Girls Club this winter to offer hockey clinics! These camps aim to provide participants with fundamental skills, knowledge of the game, and a fun introduction to the sport of hockey. These camps are open to anyone between the ages of 5-14 who are interested in learning the basics of the games.   

Presented by Sheetz

  • YMCA dates are FREE to attend, with each participant receiving a complimentary day pass 
  • Boys & Girls Club dates are $3 to attend (for non-members), with each participant receiving a full year membership to all club locations
