No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into the Huntington Center. Anyone breaking the law of underage drinking or using illegal drugs will be subject to immediate ejection and criminal prosecution. The sale of alcohol can be discontinued at any time, at the discretion of the Huntington Center or Lucas County.

Anyone interested in performing the National Anthem should submit a recording to Jack Jewitt at jack.jewitt@mudhens.com. The majority of our anthem performers are performance groups. To book your performance group to attend a Walleye game and perform the anthem, contact Henry Brown at henry.brown@toledowalleye.com.

Assistive Hearing Devices are available for check out at Guest Services in Section 116. A valid Driver's License or State Issued ID will be required for use as a deposit while using the device.

We reserve the right to inspect all jackets and bags upon entry. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed, but may be inspected at all gate entrances. Please do not bring a purse larger than 6.5″x4.5″x6″. No large bags or boxes are allowed in the building without prior authorization

For your convenience we would like to remind you that security procedures are in place. Expect to pass thru metal detectors. You will not need to remove shoes or belts as you do at the airport, but remove any metal and cell phones from pockets and place into inspection bowls. The less you bring the easier it will be to pass the security checkpoint.

Professional cameras are video equipment are not permitted inside Huntington Center. A professional camera is defined as any camera with a detachable lens.

FROM NORTH (I-75 SOUTH)

To get to the Huntington Center from Detroit and other points north of Toledo, take I-75 South to exit 202-A, the Washington Street exit. Then, stay right to get onto Washington Street. Turn left onto Erie Street, then turn right on Jefferson Avenue.

FROM FINDLAY (I-75 NORTH)

To get to the Huntington Center from Findlay and other points south of Toledo, take I-75 North to exit 201-B, the downtown exit. Turn left at the light onto Erie Street, then make the third right turn onto Jefferson Avenue.

FROM OHIO TURNPIKE (80/90 EAST)

To get to the Huntington Center from Fremont, Sandusky, the Ohio Turnpike and other points east of Toledo, take the Ohio Turnpike, I-80 West, to exit 64 which is the I-75 North exit. Follow I-75 North to exit 201-B, the downtown exit. Turn left at the light onto Erie Street, then make the third right turn onto Jefferson Avenue.

FROM ANN ARBOR (23 SOUTH)

To get to the Huntington Center from Ann Arbor or 23 South, take 23 South past the Ohio border to I-475 East. Take I-475 East to I-75 South. Follow I-75 South to exit 202-A, the Washington Street exit. Then, stay right to get onto Washington Street. Turn left on Erie Street, then turn right on Jefferson Avenue.

FROM WEST (STATE ROUTE 24)

To get to the Huntington Center from Defiance and other points west of Toledo, take State Route 24 and head East towards Toledo. Route 24 turns into the Anthony Wayne Trail. Follow the Anthony Wayne Trail and take the downtown Toledo exit. Turn left at the light onto Erie Street, then make the third right onto Jefferson Avenue.

We’re taking T-Town Hockey fun to new heights by making our most popular fan experience even better aboard the Dana Fanboni! It’s a modified Zamboni with room for up to 15 people to enjoy a cruise around the Huntington Center ice. It’s time to hop on! There will be three opportunities to ride the Dana Fanboni: pre-game, first intermission and second intermission. These experiences will sell out in advance!

Elevators are located at the Main Entrance (Jefferson Ave and Huron St.) and at the North Entrance (Madison St. at Art Tatum Plaza). On the main concourse, these are located in sections 108-109 and 120. On the club level, these are located in sections 208-209 and 220.

Fans may exchange tickets up to 48 hours before the date of the game for tickets to any other regular season game, based on availability. No refunds are available. To exchange tickets please bring them to the Box Office or mail them to Toledo Walleye, ATTN: Box Office, 500 Jefferson Ave., Toledo, OH 43604. When mailing in your tickets please include your contact information and any special requests.

Began in 1988-89 with five teams in four states, the ECHL has grown into a coast-to-coast league with 27 teams in 20 states and two Canadian provinces for its 34th season in 2021-22. There have been more than 700 players who have gone on to play in the National Hockey League after starting their careers in the ECHL. The ECHL has affiliations with 27 of the 32 NHL teams in 2021-22, marking the 245th consecutive season that the league had affiliations with at least 20 teams in the NHL. Fans are reminded to be alert at all times for hockey pucks, hockey sticks and other flying objects that may leave the rink. 

FloSports is the new provider for ECHL.TV. Every ECHL regular season game, as well as the annual ECHL All-Star Classic and the Kelly Cup Playoffs, are available to stream exclusively through FloHockey, along with original content, interviews, and analysis produced by FloSports.

The Mud Hens and Walleye administrative offices are located on the fifth floor of the 406 Washington St. building in downtown Toledo. The front office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The front office is closed on most major holidays. The Walleye main ticket office is located at the Huntington Center at 500 Jefferson Ave.

Walleye Box Office Hours:

Monday-Friday: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday: Closed (Only open if there is an event or game from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.)
Sunday: Closed (Only open if there is an event or game from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.)

Huntington Center has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event you will not be permitted to return without purchase of another ticket.

Plenty of restrooms adorn the concourses of the Huntington Center, including two family restrooms, and all are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

If you would like an announcement to be made on the message center board please stop by Great Clips Guest Services (located in section 116) BEFORE the halfway mark of the second period of the game if you'd like your message posted. A minimum $1 donation is required to post a message. Proceeds benefit the Walleye Wishing Well Charitable Foundation. These birthday, anniversary and welcome announcements usually run during the 2nd intermission.

Huntington Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building, this includes electronic cigarettes. No smoking area’s are available outside. Huntington Center is also a no re-entry venue.

The official mascot of the Toledo Walleye Hockey Club is Wally The Walleye™. Wally makes his home at the Lake Erie Exhibit in the Toledo Zoo's Aquarium and fans are encouraged to visit him year round. The easiest way to spot Wally is the white spot located on his caudal fin. More information on the Toledo Zoo can be found at www.toledozoo.org.

If you order tickets by phone or online, you can have the Walleye hold your tickets at the Huntington Center for pick-up. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Huntington Center Box Office, located on Jefferson Ave. Fans will need a Photo ID to pick up tickets.

Walleye Money, which may be used at all Huntington Center restaurants, box offices or fanwear locations, is available in $1 and $5 increments. Walleye Money may be purchased through the Walleye Group Fun Department. Call 419-725-WALL (9255) for more information.
