You can literally win the helmet off a Walleye player’s head! We’re raffling off our yellow game helmets when the Walleye wear them for the final time on Saturday, March 30.
This season the Toledo Walleye have been “going to work” with Sheet Metal Workers Local 33, with Walleye players wearing Local 33 decals on their helmets, and Local 33 members wearing Walleye decals on theirs.
Raffle proceeds benefit W.A.G.S. 4 Kids (Working Animals Giving Service for Kids) and the Walleye Wishing Well. W.A.G.S. 4 Kids is the charity partner selected by Local 33.
Get your raffle tickets at Section 120 on the main concourse. Tickets are $10 each or three tickets for $20.
16 winning numbers will be selected at the end of the second intermission, with each winner receiving a helmet worn by a Walleye forward or defenseman that night. (Sorry, goalie masks are not included in this raffle!) Raffle winners can collect their helmets following the game in the Aquarium.
